The Coalition on Media and Education for Development Africa Forum (CAFOR) has been given 100 tuition scholarship opportunities by the European Business University (EBU), Luxembourg to be awarded to African Youth on the following terms;
1. Scholarship Applicants’ Eligibility;
a) Computer and other ICT device-use literate with basic digital/online skills.
b) Have a good level of English language.

3. Minimum Requirements for the Scholarship;
a) Commitment/registration fee of 10€ only
