https://catschef.com/privacy-policy/ Dr Owoso has been a very active member of CAFOR and the African Union and has always participated in many CAFOR and AU activities both online as well as physically. He has visited me a couple of times in my office in the AU to discuss many matters of mutual interest concerning the evolution and progress of CAFOR. He has also visited members of the HRST Department and held talks with H.E. Commissioner Anyang-Agbor a couple of times in her office. He participated in the last CAFOR Webinar held just under two weeks ago.

We have also planned together the opening of the CAFOR office in Abuja, Nigeria, his home country as soon as the situation permits. We at the CAFOR Secretariat deeply mourn this great loss and we send our heartfelt condolences to all his loved one in Nigeria and elsewhere around the globe. May his soul rest in eternal peace. Amen.
