Dr Khaled Gulam

Before this position, he was the head of the media department at the Open University. He was also a lecturer at the Faculty of Arts and Media at the University of Tripoli and a free education coordinator at the Faculty of Arts & Media (Tripoli University), and a Media Lab coordinator at the Faculty of Arts and Media (Tripoli University). He also served as a consultant with the Institute for War & Peace Reporting (IWPR). Dr Gulam has been a Libyan journalist for several Libyan Newspapers and Magazines (1998 to 2003), supervising many media workshops and sessions in various Libyan cities from 2012 to 2017.
